Thank you so much Leela Ji for writing this detailed account on the special evening devoted to Guru ji [Late Shri Kundanlal Gangani]. I am really touched and full of gratitude. Guruji left almost unsung inspite of his kind of genius in his own art.He was very special as a teacher who knew how to create independent and strong soloists in Kathak, how to induce 'laya'[rhythm] in students mind etc etc. Through that conversation and your written account at least kathak enthusiasts have something to read and listen to on guruji. Thankyou once again.
